As budget TV’s go, it is hard to do much better than Samsung’s UN32EH4003. Its bright, vivid picture, attractive design and nearly-unbeatable price make it a likely candidate for those looking for an inexpensive bedroom or office TV. Just don’t expect much in the way of sound quality.
