Intuit’s Mailchimp is an AI-powered email marketing and automations platform that will help convert more customers for your business. Made by the same company behind services such as TurboTax and QuickBooks Online, Mailchimp will let you maximize email marketing with its comprehensive set of tools that will attract clicks and generate revenue.

While Mailchimp offers a Free plan for basic services, you may want to take advantage of the 14-day free trial for its Standard plan while it’s still available to understand what the platform can provide. Afterwards, you can choose to go back to the Free plan, or continue with any of Mailchimp’s paid plans, all of which are 50% off for the first 12 months. At the base level of 500 contacts, the Essentials plan is down to $6.50 per month, the Standard plan is down to $10 per month, and the Premium plan is down to $175 per month.

As an email marketing platform, Mailchimp will help you create personalized emails, accurately target customers with behavior-based automations and segments, and optimize your strategy with real-time reporting. Mailchimp’s Email Builder will allow you to create effective designs that will capture your audience, while Intuit Assist can craft headlines and copy that you can further refine into the perfect message from your business.

Under the Free plan of Mailchimp, you’ll gain access to limited email templates and Creative Assistant capabilities for your email marketing and design needs, but only for one user and with Mailchimp branding. The branding is removed if you move up to the Essentials plan, which also opens access to all of the more than 100 email templates and adds email scheduling for up to three users.

Moving to the Standard plan unlocks the full capabilities of Mailchimp’s Creative Assistant, alongside custom-coded templates and dynamic content for up to five users. The plan also provides access to the platform’s generative AI, along with the full suite of tools across reporting and analytics, audience management, marketing channels, and automations. The Premium plan, however, opens the service to an unlimited number of users with phone and priority support, plus unlimited contacts for the fasting way of growing your business.

Mailchimp could be the boost that your business needs, and you can confirm if it is by signing up for the 14-day free trial of its Standard plan. You can then decide to proceed with the Free plan, or sign up for the Essentials plan, Standard plan, or Premium plan, all of which are 50% off for the first 12 months. But no one has those actual details. Instead, the access is all managed through LastPass. It improves cybersecurity, helps administrators retain full control of the related accounts, and also allows for seamless access and sharing between even large teams.

LastPass Teams enables seamless password management for better productivity

One benefit, if you will, is a productivity boost for all who use it. Imagine the traditional password and account-sharing method. You'd have to share the login details, maybe even share the process. If multi-factor authentication is enabled, then forget it. You have to pass on codes, pre-plan access, and much more. Not to mention, none of that is secure or safe. Once multiple people know the login details that account is effectively compromised, no matter how much you trust them.
