We’ve seen the pictures, we’ve seen the car premiere at the Geneva Auto Show, so now it’s time to see home hot footage of the Lamborghini Aventador Superveloce put all that reactive ability to work.
In a brand new promo, the driver of the Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce prepares to take this super lambo through some treacherous bends, clinically analyzing his approach before executing it with precision, a seriousness we usually attribute to drivers of that other really well known Italian supercar maker. Nevertheless, Lamborghini is keen to show off that the new Superveloce is just as sharp to drive as it is in looks, as implied in the not-so-subtle “S”execution graphic that flashes up on the screen.
The driver narrates his methodology while highlighting features of the car like its adaptive magnaride suspension and dynamic steering, all with the goal of shaving off a few tenths of a second. It’s a very stylish way to show off the sexiness of the latest SV than its performance capabilities, but it does a good job of igniting the imagination.
We’re already imagining what we’d do with the 750 horsepower on tap from the Aventador’s modified 6.5-liter V12. Its 0 to 60 launch time of 2.8 seconds makes us wish we could crawl into one now and find a similar abandoned mountain road for our own twisty time trials, We just need to wait until the super cars on sale this spring and scrounge up €327,190 in the mean time.
