Though both Asus and Acer have already released their own monitors which chuck out the chunky black bezel in favor of more screen room, both still sport around half an inch of empty space between the screen and the backdrop of your choosing.
With the Lenovo ThinkVision X24 the split between your content and the rest of the world has been shaved even further, with mere millimeters separating the screen from the stand that keeps it upright.
The X24 will feature a 23.8”, 1080p display, lined back to front with a sleek, chromed out exterior with a pre-coated metal case (PCM) that’s sure to impress from all angles.
Speaking of which, the screen promises a 178° viewing angle thanks to its IPS panel. This will give users the best color representation and readability in all lighting scenarios.
At only 7.8mm thin, you could practically cut an onion with the edge of this monitor, which is only bulked up by the Neo-Blade control panel used to configure your own personal settings out of the box.
The Lenovo ThinkVision X24 will be available starting in May of 2015, for only $249.00 at retail.

Google Research suggests AI models like DeepSeek exhibit collective intelligence patterns
The paper, published on arXiv with the evocative title Reasoning Models Generate Societies of Thought, posits that these models don't merely compute; they implicitly simulate a "multi-agent" interaction. Imagine a boardroom full of experts tossing ideas around, challenging each other's assumptions, and looking at a problem from different angles before finally agreeing on the best answer. That is essentially what is happening inside the code. The researchers found that these models exhibit "perspective diversity," meaning they generate conflicting viewpoints and work to resolve them internally, much like a team of colleagues debating a strategy to find the best path forward.
