Bethesda released a short launch trailer for Doom, the upcoming reboot of the classic first-person shooter franchise. Though it’s a wee-bit short, the trailer does provide just the slightest bit of insight into the story for the game’s single-player campaign.

Based on the trailer, it seems the as-yet unnamed space marine players control is, in fact, the same character from the past chapters of the Doom series. He’s “the only flesh and blood to walk between dimensions,” as a robotic voice informs viewers in the trailer.

In terms of narrative, that’s about it. Then again, that’s really all you need to know, right? Beyond that, the trailer is a highlight reel, with more of the fast shooting, brutal melee kills, and intense gore developer Id Software has been showing since the game was first revealed in 2014.

Meanwhile, there is some more specific and helpful information. For players interested in picking up the game on the PC, Bethesda also released the game’s system requirements:

However, he just can't be a one-dimensional fantasy hero. We have to see how multifaceted a person Link is as he grows and reacts to everything, carrying such a heavy burden as the Hero of Hyrule. Zelda should share the adventure with Link
