Get Forza Horizon 4 for $25 Black Friday price and race across England

Amazon has discounted Forza Horizon 4 to just $25 for Black Friday 2019. The racing game is among the best in its genre on this generation of consoles, and looks amazing on the Xbox One X.

Forza Horizon 4 is one of the best racing games of the generation, with Playground Games outdoing itself in terms of the sheer amount of activities to complete and the awesome changing-seasons system. Right now, Amazon has the game for a Black Friday price of just $25, so you can save big before you take your favorite cars out to the English countryside.

The latest game in the Forza Horizon spin-off series, Forza Horizon 4 takes place entirely in England, with the country’s unique architecture, landscapes, and roads on full display. You have access to traditional street races, as well as off-road events, speeding challenges, and collectible-hunting.

There are hundreds of different cars to collect and race, including ridiculously fast hyper-cars, trucks, and sports cars, each with their own advantages and weaknesses. Racing with the 4K-capable Xbox One X makes Forza Horizon 4 even better, as it’s one of the most gorgeous games available from Microsoft and you can endlessly customize your vehicles for the perfect look. When the seasons change, you’ll even get access to new areas, such as a frozen lake that can only be crossed during the winter.

Forza Horizon 4 also supports Xbox One and PC cross-play, so your friends who own the game on PC will be able to play the full experience with you. You can choose to play with cooperative and drop-in competitive races turned on by default, or use the A.I.-powered “Drivatar” system that has been in the series since the start of the Xbox One generation. This system matches you up against computer-controlled racers who control and perform much like people on your friend list, letting you “race” them without actually having to sync up your schedules.

With an initial launch price of $60, Forza Horizon 4 is an absolute steal at $20. It’s the best racing game you can buy on any platform right now, and that includes the much newer Need for Speed: Heat, which would cost you a little bit more. During Cyber Monday, we also don’t expect the price to drop any more, so you should go ahead and purchase it now if you’re considering buying the game.

The Call of Duty franchise has held a special place in my heart ever since I played my first Black Ops game back in 2010. That game's campaign was something else, with twists and turns that culminated in a mind-blowing finale. We can all admit that compared to those older campaigns, the recent CODs have been lackluster at best, and a complete and utter disappointment at worst. The reboot of Modern Warfare did give me some hope, as the first two installments were actually quite good, but the third game left such a bad taste in my mouth that I wasn’t exactly expecting much from Modern Warfare 4.

After recently finishing the campaign, I can say that this installment is nothing like the recent releases and instead feels closer to the franchise’s roots. For the first time in a long while, the campaign comes across as well-crafted rather than rushed to hit a release date. It arrives three years after MW3, and you can see exactly where all that time went. It seems the studio finally made listening to player feedback a priority.

Epic Games has just announced the 2026 Epic AI MegaJam, which is looking to see how much game development can be squeezed into a very short window. This is running from November 12 through November 15.

Participants can work alone or in teams of up to five people, build in Unreal Engine or Unreal Editor for Fortnite, and bring along “as many AI agents as you want.” Epic explicitly encourages coding agents, AI-generated assets, audio tools, writing tools, and other AI systems. The official event page literally says "Vibe your way to $50k.”

It’s turning into a pretty good time to be a Monster Hunter fan who plays on a phone. Capcom has confirmed that Monster Hunter Outlanders will launch on Android and iOS on October 29, giving the series a new mobile-first game just as Monster Hunter Rise is also preparing to make the jump to smartphones through Netflix.

Outlanders is being developed by Tencent subsidiary TiMi Studio Group under license and supervision from Capcom. Unlike Rise, which appears to be the full console and PC game adapted for mobile, Outlanders is a free-to-play survival hunting game made specifically for phones.
