A toilet seat is nestled in the snow a few yards from the house. Two creeks supply running water, and his window seat doubles as a curtain-free shower. Not that there’s anyone to see him. The home sits on 40 acres of private trails. Afterwards, he can soak in the view from his outdoor hot tub.
