Have you been looking for a unique take on an LED-LCD TV? While most of us don’t have the type of funds that LG’s Bendable screens warrant, what if we told you there was a family of TVs designed to showcase professional art prints and family photos, all the while doubling as an ultra-thin QLED that’s great for watching movies and playing video games? Enter Samsung’s The Frame, a 4K QLED lineup that’s getting the sales treatment this week:
Right now, every size of the 2024 Frame (LS03D) is on sale, including the massive 85-inch version. Order this monster of a TV at Best Buy, Samsung, and B&H Photo-Video (plus other retailers) while it’s marked down to $3,000 from $4,300!
Picture walking into any art museum and stumbling upon a magnificent ornate print, complete with a majestic frame and gargantuan canvas. There’s something about gazing at artwork that gets the neurons firing, and this is precisely the feeling Samsung was looking to achieve with The Frame (2024). This humongous 4K TV features a matte display that eradicates glare, making this an excellent TV for a brightly lit room. With the included Slim-Fit Wall Mount, you’d swear The Frame was an actual museum piece, especially when displaying one of the thousands of prints and photos you’ll find in Samsung’s Art Store (subscription required).
Of course, you’ll also be able to use The Frame to show off family photos, videos, and more, using wireless casting tech or a USB drive. When it’s time to watch some actual movies or TV, you’ll be impressed by the bright and colorful picture the LS03D is capable of. Supporting 4K at up to 120Hz and featuring HDMI 2.1 connectivity on all inputs, The Frame is a fantastic TV for console and PC gaming.
Apps, casting, and Alexa and Bixby controls are made possible by Tizen OS, Samsung’s longstanding partner for all things UI and web-connected.
We don’t know how long this sale is going to last, but we wouldn’t wait around too long if you’re interested in saving over $1,000 on the Samsung 85-inch The Frame 4K QLED. Instagram is making its way to yet another screen, and this time, Apple TV is getting a taste of the Reels rabbit hole. The company has launched a dedicated Instagram app for Apple TV, bringing Reels, longer videos, and live shows to the big screen. So, if watching one quick clip on a phone somehow turns into an hour of scrolling, there's now a much larger screen for that.

Audio-Technica, a brand well known for making some of the best studio and professional headphones on the market, has just come out with the ATH-AWX7000, which the company itself claims to be its "finest headphones ever." The new flagship closed-back headphone has debuted at an eye-watering price of $3,799. It combines hand-finished Japanese woodwork with a newly developed 58mm driver.
The earcups are made from Kiso cypress, a prized wood historically used for Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples. Each housing is finished by hand with traditional Echizen lacquer, which brings out the grain and is expected to darken over time. The frame and sliders are finished in a deep navy kachi-iro shade traditionally associated with samurai.
