MOTOBLUR is coming to Verizon! Oh, right—and it’s on the Devour handset from Motorola, which is also going to be debuting on Verizon. Verizon Wireless and Motorola announced today that the Devour smartphone will be available from Verizon starting next month. This new Android phone is boasting some sweet—but fairly typical these days—features like a touch-sensitive optical directional pad, 3.1 inch capacitive touch screen display at HVGA resolution, aGPS support with device location and remote wipe support, pre-installed 8GB microSDHC card and Bluetooth with stereo audio support. Unfortunately, no word on multitouch capabilities yet–but we’re hoping the Nexus One update will follow onto other Android-powered handsets.
Pricing for the Devour has not yet been disclosed—updates to follow.
